Say goodbye to selling cookie dough and wrapping paper, and say hello to the Walkathon — Rusk Intermediate’s one-and-done, super-fun, mega-awesome fundraiser that everyone looks forward to (yes, even the teachers )

Held at our very own Eagle Stadium, the Walkathon isn’t just a stroll in the park, it’s a full-day celebration of friendship, fun, food, and fundraising!

Here’s how it works:

Students raise money for our school, but this isn’t your grandma’s fundraiser. The more you raise, the cooler the prizes! We’re talking levels of awesome that just keep going up.

The Big Day – Once fundraising is done, the REAL party begins. You’ll spend the entire day at Eagle Stadium:

• Playing games
• Hanging with your friends
• Grubbing at the concession stand like it’s your birthday
• And yes… walking a little.

Music’s pumping, snacks are flowing, and the energy is sky-high. It’s like a field day mixed with a school-wide hangout — and trust us, it’s everyone’s favorite day of the year.

The Walkathon is not just a fundraiser — it’s a full-blown school holiday disguised as exercise. You’ll laugh, snack, play, win prizes, and maybe walk a few laps (you know, in between bites of nachos).

So lace up your sneakers (or just wear your Crocs , we don’t judge), and get ready for the most fun you’ve ever had raising money. Because at Rusk Intermediate, we walk, we play, we fundraise — and we do it in style.
